Oyster Jam is a one-night-only family-style feast celebrating oysters, seafood, and the chefs who know what to do with them. Cherryfish’s Chef Marcus Twilegar hosts an all-star collaboration with four of the most decorated chefs working today.
The night starts properly with Champagne and caviar bumps before everyone settles in for five courses served family-style. Expect oysters from Baja Shellfish Farms, a Williams Selyem wine pairing with every course, shared plates, and a few unexpected riffs as five distinctly different chefs take turns at the table.
Part dinner party, part chef jam session. Serious culinary talent together for a night that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
